What is your average turnaround time?We turn around creatives within 10 - 15 working days. This does not include shipping times for physical products, so do keep that into account!

What are ad concepts and hook variations?An ad concept is an overarching “Big Idea” that captures audience interest and motivates them to take action. We spend a lot of time researching and formulating a hypothesis on these 'Big Ideas' to ensure that your ads are optimized for conversion. A hook is the first few seconds of the ad that captures audience attention. Each ad concept is delivered with 3 different hooks. This allows you to test multiple variations of ads, and understand what drives your audience's purchase behaviour and further iterate and optimize your ad creative for performance.

Do you work with influencers?No. Krave Media is not an influencer agency and we don't support influencer collabs. We work with trained and vetted creators who know how to make the most engaging content possible for your brand. The content will be delivered directly to you - the creators are not required to post the content on their social media platforms.
